Responsible for manning all water coolers within the venue and making sure they do not get low. This includes the hospitality area.

Set up kids’ games and activities and monitor play areas for safety.

Venue: Bike Valet / Bag Check

Collect bikes/bags from participants who wish to store them at the Valet tent. Participants will drop their things with you and you are to tag them accordingly and store them on the bike racks and tables that will be provided.

Venue: Crosswalks

Details

Assist participants and spectators in safely crossing the finish chute area during the rides and run / walk. Duties will include holding participants from crossing until it is all clear from incoming riders and runners / walkers.

Crossing area of the launch path for the rides and run / walk routes that leave from and return to University Stadium.

Finish Line: Finisher Gift Distribution

Assist the finish line team in distributing gifts to all finishers upon the completion of their walk/run/ride.
