2021 Impact
The Lobo Cancer Challenge was held as a virtual event on September 25, 2021, and the community made it great.
329 Challengers in 43 teams along with 63 sponsors and all our supporters:
together we raised $246,357 to #UniteAgainstCancer in New Mexico!

The Polly Rogers Pancreatic Cancer Fund and Gastrointestinal Cancer Research received more than $5,000 each. The Early Phase Cancer Clinical Trials Program; Prostate, Renal, Bladder and Testicular Cancers Research; and Neuro-Oncology Cancers Research received more than $4000 each. Five programs collectively received more than $10,000. Each program received donations!
Challengers were able to direct 100% of their donation dollars to their choice from among 20 cancer research and treatment programs at the UNM Comprehensive Cancer Center.
Every dollar raised by our Challengers went directly to the cancer fund of their choice at the UNM Comprehensive Cancer Center.
